Collaboration Model
Consultants work with Ravvani on a project, retainer or referral basis depending on the file. Most engagements are contractor arrangements for defined scopes — brief ownership, sampling cycles, factory coordination or quality reviews — with geography and time commitment agreed upfront.
Compensation follows the scope letter or SOW for each project; Ravvani does not guarantee a fixed volume of work.
